UM recognized for Top 5 finish of criminology grads

THE CITY Council on Tuesday commended the University of Mindanao for producing topnotchers in the recent criminologist licensure examinations.

Lawmakers approved the resolution recognizing UM, through its president Dr. Guillermo Torres Jr., for consistently producing high-quality criminology graduates, and bringing honor to Davao City in the process.

Those who made it to the Top 5 this year were Ariel Camote Olnagan of UM Main and Maria Rosalie Rosales Maglana of UM Tagum, who both tied for the fifth place with a rating of 88.80 percent.

John Denvert Rule Sanoria, a graduate of Bachelor of Science and Criminology of the Davao Central College in Toril, topped the criminologist licensure examination given last Dec. 8 to 10, 2017, with the rating of 89.50 percent.
