Suspect charged for drugs

THE OFFICE of the City Prosecutor found probable cause to hold a man for trial for allegedly selling illegal drugs in San Antonio, Matina last Sept. 12.

Prosecutor Imee M. Bisera-Mabale has recommended the filing of a case against Randyl P. Agol for violation of Sec. 5, Article II and Sec. 11, paragraph 2, sub-paragraph 3 of RA 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002).

On the evening of Sept. 12, respondent allegedly sold a sachet of shabu to an undercover policeman. The item weighed 0.1855 and was sold for P500.

Recovered from his possession was another one-heat sealed transparent sachet with white crystalline substance weighing 0.1830 gram, the P500 marked money, and a Sony Experia phone.

Agol also tested positive for shabu during the urine exam. He is now detained in Toril Police Precinct.
