The company has projected that by the end of the year, 80% of the units will not only be completed, but will be turned over to their owners.

The project is located in a prime property, making it easier for the homeowners to rent out their units.

Meanwhile, it took only about a year for the company to sell five of its six towers of its Seawind project with about a fourth of its sixth tower also sold. The company inaugurated the project in April last year.

The company, which held its topping-off ceremony last month to signal the completion of its first tower, is also set to turn over to the owners the first tower in May and the second tower on the third quarter of the year.

Key features of the company that were completed included the club house which was inaugurated on October 28, 2016 and the entrance complex which was also inaugurated a year ago today.

On its leasing unit, the company has leased out about 80 of its Damosa IT Park to business process outsourcing and other companies, including the area set aside for its partnership with Regus Center, a global workspace solutions provider.

The company has also completed 50% of the second phase of its Anflo Industrial Estate in Panabo City, Davao del Norte.

The project, which got accreditation from the Philippine Economic Zone Authority and secured a license to sell from the Housing and Urban Land Regulatory Board, has also signed up four locators with more expected to sign up within the next few months.
