SCENE CITY| Pinnacle Hotel Davao and its enticing cuisine

MUCH of the attraction of hotels is not only its suites and function rooms but its cuisine. Travelers who stay and relax would like their meals served in their rooms. Guests who book for functions look for the best food service for weddings, parties, conventions and meetings.

PINNACLE Hotel General Manager Ed Baughman Gomez is flanked by the chefs

Recently, Pinnacle Hotel Davao gave us a tour of the hotel, its hotel rooms, suites and luxurious function areas. This time, we were introduced to its Hotel Manager, Ed Baughman Gomez, who is considered a “Balikbayan” in Davao City, having worked with Waterfront Insular Hotel and Marco Polo in Davao City before he moved to Spain. He is half German and half Pinoy Kapampangan. He came back to the Philippines and worked as General Manager at Daluyon Resort in Puerto Princesa for seven years.
