Mother’s Day Menu includes: Cold-Smoked Bacon and Potato Salad, Shredded Vegetable Salad with Thai Peanut Dressing; Cheese and Cold Cuts; Artisan Breads; Assortment of Lettuce, Dressing and Condiments. Soup is Minestrone with Soft Rolls, Butter. Carvery includes Roasted Angus Beef Short Plate with Rosemary Gravy, Mashed Potatoes, Sisig Samosas, Artichoke Hearts, Olives and Pesto Pizza and Cheese Pimiento Croquettes.
