Official: Abreeza to have another corporate center

THE ACCENDO Commercial Corp., in partnership with Ayala Land Inc., will set up another corporate center within the Abreeza development, which would be dedicated for retail establishments and offices.

“Target completion of the development is by fourth quarter of 2017,” Accendo’s attorney-in-fact Marc P. Reyes said in a letter addressed to the city government.

The new project, he said, is referred as Abreeza Corporate Center 2.

Reyes said this would approximately have 11,243 square-meter leasable areas that are targeted for business process outsourcing companies and information technology-enabled services companies.

“The aforementioned IT center shall be an eight-storey building with its ground floor dedicated to both retail and office spaces,” Reyes said.

The Accendo Commercial Corp. is currently requesting the local government through the city council to provide endorsement per requirement of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA).

In line with this, their request has been filed for first reading in the city council as the endorsement from the city government is among the requirements set by PEZA in the application to make the center as economic zone for IT.

This will be the firm’s second corporate center in Abreeza development.

The Abreeza Corporate Center opened in 2013. It has locators like Globe Telecommunication, Convergys, Manulife and Usana Davao.
