Mount Apo Science Foundation is 30th GET Open beneficiary

SCHOLARS of the Mount Apo Science Foundation will be the chief beneficiary of the coming 30th edition of the Guillermo E. Torres (GET) Open golf tournament which tees off this June 10 at the Apo Golf and Country Club.The scholars will get to receive its proceeds coming from the 250 expected participants who are joining the one-day golf spectacle dubbed as the city’s longest running to date.

A brand new Mitsubishi Mirage G4 sedan and one million pesos cash will be at stake as the hole-in-one prizes on designated par 3 holes, following the 18-hole modified scoring system format for the Class A, B C and Ladies divisions.

Registration fee is pegged at P2,000 per entry inclusive of a mulligan. Registration and payments are made available at the Apo Golf and Country Club and at the University of Mindanao Broadcasting Network (UMBN) office.

The Royal Mandaya Hotel Grand Ballroom will host the awarding ceremonies which will be that night at 6:30 p.m.
