Man who stabbed group of friends charged by CPO

THE OFFICE of the City Prosecutor has found probable cause to indict a man following a stabbing incident on Aug.28.

Prosecutor Rizalyn Y. Gonzales recommended the filing of attempted murder case against Sean John Pacuri Jabilles.

The complaint was filed by Ariel Cambalon, resident of Dalisay Street, Barangay San Vicente, Agdao.

Cambalon claimed that around 2 a.m. of Aug. 28, while he and his brother were walking home with their friends, a tricycle moved passed them and the passengers challenged them to a fistfight.

The tricycle made a U-turn and the three passengers alighted and threw rocks at the victims. Jabilles reportedly used a flat screw driver to stab Cambalon in the back. They then chased after the victim’s companions.

Moments later, the respondent returned and tried to stab Emilio Bocal who parried the attack.

Cambalon was then brought to Southern Philippines Medical Center (SPMC) for treatment. Meanwhile, his companions sought assistance from the police which later led to the arrest of the respondent.

Jabilles is now under the custody of the Sta. Ana Police Precinct.
