FREEZE| All About Noodles

EVERY now and then, my friends Joan and Ritzy Reyes at the Philippine Baking Institute bring renowned food experts to conduct seminar/workshops in Davao City. Some of their recent projects were pizza production and Chinese pastry making. For next month, they have invited Mr. Plutarco “Boy” C. Ng and Mr. Bong Quiambao to help Davaoeños gain insights and skills on making noodles.
