Driver sued for killing

A 45-YEAR-OLD tricycle driver is facing a criminal complaint for allegedly killing his neighbor along Del Rosario Street in Agdao District on Sunday evening.

Heman Bungos Bilbao, resident of R. Castillo, Agdao, was sued for murder for the death of Roger P. Ceniza, 38. He was charged based on the complaint filed by Charlie P. Ceniza.

Bilbao is now temporarily held in Sta. Ana Police Precinct while waiting for prosecutor Faizal Padate to resolve his case.

Based on the police report, the victim was drinking with his neighbors when he teased the suspect for being stinky and for not religiously taking a bath. The victim also told Bilbao to go home or else he would be beaten.

The respondent went home but returned a few minutes later with a knife and stabbed the victim on the chest.

After the attack, Bilbao tried to escape but he was arrested by the responding police. The victim was rushed to Southern Philippines Medical Center but he died upon arrival.
