DMCI condo project completed in 2023: exec

THE FOUR-TOWER condominium project of property developer DMCI Homes in the city is projected to be fully completed by 2023.

Of the four towers, Joie John Baquero, project sales manager of DMCI Homes, said yesterday in Wednesdays @ Habi at Kape in Abreeza Mall that the first nine-floor building, is already completed.

The first building, he said, has 170 units, with 40 units turned over to owners.

The other three buildings will be higher than the first tower as each would have 23 floors and 696 units.

The second building, for instance, is 40% sold as the company “will launch the third building soon,” Baquero said.

The DMCI Homes’ project, Verdon Parc, is located in a three-hectare property at Ecoland Drive cor. Peacock St with about 60% of the property or 1.6 hectares are allotted for open space including the amenities like pool, palm promenade and other facilities.

The third and fourth buildings, Baquero said, will also have garden floors.

Its website said Verdon Parc “is DMCI Homes’ first foray in Davao City’s property market. Comprised of four residential buildings interspersed with expansive gardens and greeneries, Verdon Parc adopts a modern tropical setting paradise enclave that is perfect for Davao’s hard-working professionals and start-up families.”

The company is bent on its promise to turn over the units on time.

“One of our responsibilities to our customer is to deliver our projects on or ahead of time,” said Jan Venturanza, assistant vice president for marketing of DMCI Homes, in a statement.

“After all, our sterling reputation is built on our client’s trust and this is one thing we will faithfully uphold,” Venturanza added.
