Collection schedule for water, light

DAVAO City Water District announces that its Victoria Plaza and Felcris Centrale collection centers will be closed on Nov. 1, 2015, a special non-working day in observance of All Saints’ Day.

Regular working hours in said collection centers and DCWD offices will resume on Nov. 2, 2015.

General manager Edwin V. Regalado assures the general public that DCWD’s technical and Central Information Unit (CIU) / Call Center operations will not be disrupted on said date to ensure continuous water service and offsite customer assistance.

Likewise, DCWD customers may visit the water utility’s website (www.davao-water.gov.ph) and official Facebook page (www.facebook.com/davaowater) or call the CIU / Call Center through the 24-hour hotline 297-DCWD (3293) and press “1” on their phone dial to listen to latest daily water updates. They may also call / text 0927-7988966, 0925-5113293 and 0908-4410653 for other updates, complaints, queries and matters pertaining to DCWD services.

Meanwhile, the Davao Light and Power Company customer services will be open to the public on Nov. 1, Sunday, declared as a special non-working holiday.

Its full service centers at SM Lanang Premier and at SM City Davao in Ecoland will be available to accept payment and customer services from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Davao Light’s Panabo branch and payment offices in Toril, Calinan and Sto. Tomas will not be available for customers on this day. Panabo Branch will resume its operations the next day, Nov. 2, as well as Toril, Calinan and Sto. Tomas payment offices.

Emergency service will remain available 24 hours through 229-DLPC (3572).
