60 infra projects set under CHO

THE CITY Engineer’s Office is looking at more than 60 infrastructure projects under the City Health Office (CHO).

 City Engineer Joseph Felizarta said during the iSpeak media forum yesterday, there are 70 projects based on their record intended for building of medical health centers in the different barangays of the city.

 The projects include repair, fencing, and construction of health centers in the poblacion and districts of Talomo, Agdao, Waan, Tacunan, Calinan, Tamayong, Toril, Malagos, and some portions of Tugbok.

 Felizarta said they have yet to finalize the total cost of the 70 projects as there are still some proposed changes to the amounts to be spent in every area. The biggest allocation is for P1.5 million while the smallest amount was P100,000.

 “There are proposals to increase the budget per area,” he said.

 The city engineer said they have also requested a rough estimated amount from each of the district health centers set for repair and construction. He cited that there was P30 million allotted budget for each district health centers.
