P&A Grant Thornton staged recently, its 5th Growth Series entitled Coaching your talent for Growth with Lorraine Parkin, partner and head of Indirect Tax and Value Chain Services APAC, Grant Thornton Singapore as guest speaker.  Lorraine was trained as coach and was a partner at Grant Thornton UK (then moved to GT Malaysia) prior to her transfer to GT Singapore.  Coaching is one of the primary means of building talent, helping people in organizations become managers and leaders that can significantly contribute to the company. a coaching culture within an organization creates people engagement and enhances the development and retention of their people while improving returns on investment and growing the business.
