2 slain, another hurt in shooting

A MAN WAS killed, while two others were injured in separate shooting incidents Wednesday.

Based on the police report, Raul Reyes Doring, 35, working as part of the maintenance team of the Davao Memorial Park, died when someone shot him as he was working

Doring’s brother Emilio said he heard gunshots and then saw his brother running with another man chasing him. The man then shot Raul who sustained three gunshot wounds that resulted in his death.

Investigators fould cartridges of a .45 caliber pistol at the crime scene.

In another police report, security guard Michael S. Bilbao allegedly shot Jalo E. Calderon inside the Philippine Coconut Authority in Barangay Oshiro, Tugbok.

Two minors claimed they saw Bilbao holding his shotgun and looking at the body of Calderon who fell to the ground as a result of the shooting.

Bilbao claimed he shot the boy as he was stilling coconut.

Meanwhile, another report said a gunman on motorcycle shot the still unidentified man as the victim was walking towards a store in Barangay Pampanga. The victim was immediately brought to the Southern Philippines Medical Center.
